In May 2023, I moved with LG US Business' Marketing team to The Cargo Agency. This changeover took me from hybrid to fully remote. I remained working on the LG US Business digital experience team with web manager Melissa Hauser.
While I primarily envision and create graphics, copy, page layouts, and other web-based content for the LG US Business website, I also create marketing-related assets such as social media campaigns, print graphics for events, and non-web digital marketing assets.
My responsibilities have expanded to include creating and maintaining tradeshow and event pages in PathFactory; creating print and digital graphics for social media, tradeshows, displays, and other Sales- and Marketing-related needs; creating still and animated web ads for ABM campaigns; and a whole host of other graphic-related tasks! Every day brings something new, and I love it.

In December 2023, I got the chance to visit the LG US Business office and Business Innovation Center in Chicago...and meet LG's CLOi GuideBot!
LG US Business x Brand Definition
May 2021 - May 2023
Junior Graphic Designer

In this hybrid role, I began as a Junior Graphic Designer working as am embedded employee for LG US Business. My team was composed of myself, another junior graphic designer, and a content manager working under LG's Melissa Hauser. My tasks were largely similar to my work at Cargo now, but with a greater focus on the website alone.

In February of 2023, following the departure of our content manager, I stepped briefly into that role while continuing to design graphic assets and pages.
Washington State University: Vancouver
August 2018 - May 2021
I graduated magna cum laude from Washington State University: Vancouver with my BA in Digital Technology & Culture and a 3.8 GPA. My degree focus was Media Authoring, and I also hold a minor in Creative Writing.

I was heavily involved with Salmon Creek Journal, WSUV's annual arts and literary publication. I served as Poetry Editor for a year and a half, reviewing, selecting, and editing all poetry submissions. I then served as Editor-in-Chief during my final year, leading a remote team of 3 editors and 2 specialist directors to create and publish the journal while balancing our budget, hosting university events, and assisting with journal marketing.

During my final year, I also served as Design Team Lead for my graduating class's capstone project, creating an online preservation space for the Electronic Literature Organization's The NEXT. As Design Team Lead, I managed a team of five individuals to envision, plan, and create dynamic and engaging content from icons to hero banners for use across The NEXT. This capstone was entirely remote.
